The lives of the students at Holy Rosary are enriched by participation in varied
student activities. These activities provide opportunities for social
development, physical activity, and educational growth. Student Council offers
students in grades 5 through 8 an opportunity to develop leadership skills and
to serve the school, parish, and local communities. Our school newspaper,
"The Royal Word," gives students in grades 3through 5 an opportunity to take a
leadership role within the school community.
Holy
Rosary students enjoy a mental challenge, as illustrated by their participation
in Diocesan Forensics’ competitions, Diocesan Spelling Bees, Young Scholars,
National History Day, Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science, and the National
Geographic Geography Bee.
Students donate their time to spreading the Good News of Jesus through their
participation in Student Liturgy, Junior Choir, and our school's chapter of the
Holy Childhood Association, our Mission Club.
